Your feed creates the desire. Search decides where they book.
Discovery starts on Instagram — but the moment someone is ready, they search for the treatment and the price, read the reviews, and book the clinic that shows up and feels safe. ROIQ owns that layer: high-intent search, a fast and beautiful booking site, reviews and credibility, and AI visibility — all kept inside Norway's rules for cosmetic marketing.
Social builds the desire. It rarely closes the booking.
Most aesthetic clinics pour everything into the feed and leave the deciding moment to chance. The two halves of the journey are different jobs — and the second is where bookings are won or lost.
The feed.
Instagram and TikTok create the want — a result, a transformation, a clinic that looks the part. This is the part most clinics already do well, and it's genuinely yours to own.
The search & the site.
Ready to book, they search "treatment + pris", check reviews, glance at who's medically responsible, and book the clinic that ranks, loads fast and feels safe. This is the part left to chance — and it's what we own.
This is what they type when they're ready to book.
High intent, high value, ready to act — and most of it never touches your social profile. If you don't show up here, the booking goes to whoever does.
Notice the pattern: treatment + price + place + trust. These searchers have already decided to book — they're only deciding where. That decision is made in seconds, on what they find.
Beautiful clinics still lose bookings.
A stunning feed, invisible in search.
Thousands of followers, but page two for "botox [bydel]". The ready-to-book patient never scrolls your grid — they search, and you're not there.
The site doesn't convert the audience.
Slow to load, hard to book, no clear prices. The patient your content sent searching bounces to a clinic that makes booking effortless.
Trust isn't visible where it counts.
Patients look for reviews, real results and who's medically responsible. If that's only on Instagram, the cautious first-time client hesitates — and books elsewhere.
Marketing that risks a fine.
Norway regulates cosmetic-procedure marketing tightly. Get the rules wrong and you risk a complaint or sanction — most agencies don't even know they exist.

Compliant by design — because cosmetic marketing is regulated.
Norway has specific rules for how cosmetic procedures may be marketed. We build everything to meet them, so growth never becomes a liability. A general agency rarely knows these exist.
Since 2022 the age limit for cosmetic injections and procedures without a medical reason is an absolute 18 — and marketing may not be designed so under-18s perceive it as aimed at them.
Marketing must not contribute to body pressure among children or play on social insecurity, low self-esteem or prejudice about normal body variations.
It must not understate the risks of a procedure, and any claims must reflect responsible, documented methods.
The marketing must state who is medically responsible for the procedures, with contact details — we build that into your site and profiles by default.
Based on the forskrift om markedsføring av kosmetiske inngrep (FOR-2005-07-01-749, amended December 2022) and the absolute 18-year age limit in helsepersonelloven §4b / pasient- og brukerrettighetsloven §4-5a, in force since 2022. The forskrift also bars before/after images, credit offers and individualised electronic outreach. This is information, not legal advice — your medically-responsible person stays accountable, and we keep the marketing on the right side of the line.
When patients ask AI for a clinic, does your name come up?
More patients now ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity "who does the best lip filler in Oslo?" before they open Google or Instagram — and they trust the answer like a friend's recommendation. AI names a short list. Being on it is the scarcest, most valuable visibility there is.
We build the signals AI assistants actually read — then track your citations every month so you can verify what's working:
- Structured data & clear entity signals
- Treatment pages written to be quoted
- Strong, recent reviews across the web
- Monthly citation tracking across 4 models
Social content rarely shows up in AI answers. A well-built site does — and almost no clinic has done it yet.
High-value treatments. Clients who return.
Aesthetic isn't a one-off. Botox fades, fillers refresh, skin needs maintenance — so a client who books once tends to come back every few months. Winning the first booking opens a relationship worth many times the first treatment.
Price ranges reflect published Oslo clinic price lists, 2025 (Botox ~1 900–3 000 kr per area; fillers ~3 500–5 000 kr per syringe; skin treatments ~1 500–3 500 kr; premium device/thread treatments up to ~20 000–30 000 kr). Shown to size the opportunity, not as a guarantee of results — we model your real menu and repeat rates on the call.
See exactly what's costing you bookings — before you commit to anything.

ROIQ is new. Three founding clinics get −15% on any retainer for 12 months, in exchange for a written case study at month 6 and a short video testimonial at month 12. Once these three fill, every clinic pays full price.
Straight answers, the way patients (and AI) like them.
We already do well on Instagram — why would we need you?
Because social and search are different jobs. Your feed builds desire; we capture the people it sends searching. The ready-to-book patient looks up "botox [bydel] pris", checks reviews and books the clinic that ranks, loads fast and feels safe — and that layer is usually left to chance. We complete your social, we don't compete with it.
Is there an age limit for cosmetic injections in Norway?
Yes. Since 1 April 2022, cosmetic procedures, injections or treatment without a medical or dental reason can't be performed on anyone under 18 — and it's absolute, so neither the patient nor a parent can consent to override it (helsepersonelloven §4b; pasient- og brukerrettighetsloven §4-5a). Lower-risk skincare by non-health-personnel is treated differently. We make sure your marketing never appears to target under-18s.
What are the rules for marketing cosmetic treatments?
Norway regulates it specifically: marketing must not be designed to appeal to under-18s or contribute to body pressure, must not downplay the risks, must reflect responsible methods, and must state who is medically responsible. The forskrift also bars before/after images, credit offers and individualised electronic outreach. We build all of this in by default — most general agencies don't know these rules exist.
What do treatments cost, and how is the value calculated?
In Oslo in 2025, Botox is roughly 1,900–3,000 kr per area, fillers around 3,500–5,000 kr per syringe, and skin treatments around 1,500–3,500 kr, with premium device and thread treatments reaching 20,000–30,000 kr. Because clients return every few months, one booking opens a relationship worth far more — which is why being found first matters.
How long until we see results?
Google Business Profile and Maps movement typically shows in 4–8 weeks, organic ranking in 8–16 weeks, and meaningful booking uplift around months 3–4 — compounding from there. Retainers run on a 3-month minimum: long enough to show real movement, short enough that you're never locked in.
You're new — why should I take the risk?
You shouldn't, blindly. That's what the 3 500 kr audit is for: a small, fixed amount for a full report on what your clinic is leaving on the table, including a marketing-compliance check. If it's good, the fee comes off month 1 of any retainer. If it's not, you keep the report and walk away.
Get found by the ones ready to book.
