These terms apply to your use of the website roiq.no and to the services ROIQ provides. By using the website, you accept these terms.

01About ROIQ

ROIQ is a Norwegian marketing, SEO and AI-visibility agency specialising in private health clinics. Company reg. no. [under registration], Oslo. Contact: roi@roiq.no.

02Use of the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to damage, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website, or systematically extract its content (scraping) without written consent.

03Our services

The website describes our services at a general level. The specific scope, deliverables and prices for an engagement are agreed in writing in a separate agreement between ROIQ and the client. In the event of conflict, the written agreement prevails over the website.

04Pricing and quotes

Prices shown on the website are indicative, stated excluding VAT, and may change. Binding prices are set out in the written agreement. Subscriptions have a 3-month minimum term and then continue until cancelled with 30 days' notice. The audit fee (NOK 3,500) is credited to month 1 if you start a subscription within 30 days. These terms are supplemented by the individual agreement.

05No guarantee of results

SEO and digital visibility are affected by many factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms, competition and the market. We deliver our services with professional skill and best practice, but cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic figures or numbers of patient enquiries. All patient-facing content is produced in a sober, factual manner in line with section 13 of the Norwegian Health Personnel Act.

06Intellectual property

Content on the website (text, design, graphics and code) is owned by ROIQ and may not be copied or reused without written consent. Content the client provides remains the client's property. Rights to deliverables within an engagement are governed by the individual agreement.

07Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ROIQ's total liability to a client is limited to the fees the client has paid for the service over the preceding [3] months. ROIQ is not liable for indirect loss, including lost profit, lost data or loss of expected enquiries. Final wording is governed by the written agreement.

08Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of last update shown at the top.

10Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall first be sought resolved amicably. Any disputes are subject to the ordinary Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) as legal venue.
